Doing Life Better

A transformational life design programme for neurodivergent women

Who is this for?

Most of my clients resonate with the following:

  • You identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, complex trauma – diagnosis NOT required)

  • You identify with the term “demand-avoidant” or often think “why is it so hard for me to do things – even things I want to do?”

  • You’re high-masking or “high-functioning” on the outside, but exhausted underneath

This is for you if:

  • You’re ready for real change

  • You're willing to ask yourself big, fundamental life questions and sit with the answers

  • You're open to experimenting with different approaches

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want help forcing yourself to be neurotypical

  • You want someone to push you to be more disciplined

Why this works when nothing else has

  • We remove demand at the root

Instead of goals, outcomes, and productivity, we start with values, desires, and capacity. We design from intrinsic motivation, not external expectation. Demand-avoidant nervous systems move from pull, not push.

  • We make resistance useful, not wrong

Resistance isn't something to overcome — it's useful data. We shift from "if I resist, I'm failing" to "if I resist, something about this doesn't fit yet." This restores agency and autonomy, which are prerequisites for any change.

  • We replace goals with a life compass

We move from "you must go there" to "here's how to orient, even when things change." Fixed end points feel dangerous to a demand-avoidant nervous system; orientation feels safe and reassuring.

  • We create movement that doesn't escalate to threat

An experiment-based system. Experiments can be stopped at any time, don't require permanence, and remove the concept of failure. Most approaches accidentally escalate to threat as progress begins — an experimental approach keeps the nervous system below the threshold where demand-avoidance kicks in.

  • You don't have to do this alone

I'm a living example of a demand-avoidant neurodivergent woman with a life that actually works. I'm also deeply flawed and imperfect — because a life that works isn't about fixing yourself, or becoming any less neurodivergent.

6-Month Transformation Package

Every programme is unique and completely tailored to your needs, availability, and budget.

A “typical” package is a 6-month life transformation at £3800.

  • This is where we go really deep into every area of your life! We get to the heart of your values, your desires, your motivations, your action points and blockers in each area. A lot of the magic happens not in the individual life areas, but in how they interact with each other. We end by building a cohesive life vision that encompasses every life area, and a life compass that helps you re-orient yourself in any situation

Life areas we typically cover: physical, intellectual, emotional, character, spiritual, romantic, parenting, social, finance, career, and lifestyle/environment

Time frame: typically 12-14 weeks (weekly 90-120m sessions)

We'll also start taking small, experimental actions during this period to start building those playful experimental muscles!

  • This is where we start building out the systems and tools to make taking action easier. The goal is not a complete overhaul: it's about making small changes to improve on your current flow without getting overwhelmed. The core is the growth loop cycle: making sure you have a foolproof system to keep experimenting, reflecting, and growing.

Time frame: typically 2-4 weeks (weekly 60-90m sessions)

  • The rest of our time is focused on experimenting and iterating: applying the small, day-to-day changes that move you in the right direction in a playful, sustainable way. Continuing to build out this practice so you feel confident in continuing your journey once we're done working together.

Time frame: 8-12 weeks (weekly 60-90m sessions)

    • Weekly sessions —options for additional 1:1 time where needed

    • Optional co-working/body doubling sessions (note that these are not always 1:1 and may include others)

    • Written templates and guides to work from

    • I offer two additional quarterly check-ins as part of the package to round out 12 months of transformational growth.

    • My goal is for you to "graduate" from coaching — to leave with the confidence that you can carry on the personal growth without my support.

    • I do offer ongoing quarterly check-in support that you can purchase on an annual basis. I also offer more regular ongoing support for those who find this valuable — but most people don't find that they need this!

What clients have to say

  • "Conceptually, the program is fantastic... since we did the program I've enacted loads of things I've long wanted to do: started a business and written a book. A lot of that I feel has come from identifying exactly what I want out of my life and career and actually taking the steps to make those things come into fruition, which is exactly what you instilled in me."

—Neurodivergent entrepreneur & partner, group programme 2023

  • "You're actually a very wisdomous individual, and you always seem to know a bit about everything and have loads of interesting and helpful facts, factoids, and framings."

    —Autistic client, group programme 2023

  • "I was somewhat skeptical of the program to begin with, and wasn't sure how much it'd help my quality of life. The sessions, Astrid's expert group facilitation, and the knowledge I gained has turned that around... Highly recommend!"

    —W.S.

  • "Astrid sets out what can be a daunting task (creating an overarching vision for a life) in easy-to-manage steps, and created a group atmosphere that was entirely supportive and totally non-judgemental. My life compass has certainly helped to solidify my vision for my life."

    —R.C.

  • "I really felt able to express my worries and concerns about my life as well as my hopes and dreams, and Astrid was always understanding, supportive, and incredibly helpful. Astrid and the program helped me to think in completely new and better ways about my life."

    —I.C.

  • "I felt able to tell you anything — even the worst, most nasty, judgy, toxic thoughts in my head. I knew you wouldn't ever judge me, but would somehow show me that I was better than that without making me feel bad."

    —S.M.J.

  • "You are insanely well-versed in these things! You're able to perfectly articulate things I've circled for years without being able to put my finger on it. This is actually life-changing"
